Property Description

**Tenant-Occupied - Available for occupancy starting the last week of November**
Welcome to this beautifully updated 2-bedroom + den 1925 home located in the highly desirable Historic Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg, just a short walk to the water where you can enjoy breathtaking sunrise views. This residence blends timeless Florida charm with modern upgrades, featuring a grand oak tree in the backyard providing ample shade, and three striking Bismarck palms in the front yard for added curb appeal. Inside, you'll find updated plumbing and electrical systems, a King Filtration System for exceptional water quality, and brand-new appliances with A/C installed in June 2025. The vaulted kitchen ceiling creates a bright, open feel, while the washer and dryer are conveniently built into the kitchen cabinetry. Both the front and back porches are screened-in, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Additional features include a Rinnai tankless gas water heater, hurricane fabric window protection, and lawn care included for easy maintenance.

Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with owner approval. Renter's insurance is strongly recommended.

Please note: The shed and attic are not accessible to tenants.
