Property Description

This Rincon Puntas property in the Puntas neighborhood has a rich history and modern amenities. This former Rincon Surf hostel has transformed from a budget-friendly hostel for surfers into a luxurious home, featuring contemporary design that harmonizes indoor and outdoor spaces. Key highlights include a complete rebuild starting from the first floor with all new electric, plumbing, and poured concrete that was completed in 2021. On the third floor there is an open layout with kitchen, dining, and living areas, plus a half bathroom. Also on the third floor is the primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom, dual shower, freestanding bathtub, and a large walk-in closet. An oversized balcony in the front and smaller version on the back enhance outdoor access and the stunning views. On this level you have ocean views from 3 out of 4 directions and year round sunsets to enjoy. The second floor has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a den/office, spacious laundry room, and additional balconies. Ground floor contains a large game room (that could easily be converted to its own apartment), foyer, mudroom, full bathroom, 2 storage rooms, and a separate 1-bedroom apartment ideal for in-laws or rentals. The back yard features two covered gazebos for an outdoor kitchen and dining, plus a terraced backyard for potential landscaping or gardening. At the bottom of the terraced yard there's a breathtaking pool with a waterfall feature. The front of the house has a drive way with 4 parking spaces. On the roof top there are 47 solar panels attached to 2 batteries to make this a self sustaining property but also has the hookup to local electric company as a back up. It also includes a rain catchment system with a 600 gallon cistern to provide back up water. From this location you are close to multiple restaurants and beaches that are within a 1,000 meters. This property combines luxury living with surf culture, making it a unique opportunity in Rincon.
